Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. About these Terms

Stoccr is operated by Aliaksei Malashkevich, a sole trader registered in Poland, NIP 9571144777. Correspondence address: ul. Lirowa 26/61, 02-387 Warszawa, Poland. Contact: hello@stoccr.com.

These Terms cover our website, web and mobile apps, and related services (the "Service"). The business using a workspace is the "Customer" and its authorized users are "members". A sole trader can use Stoccr as a one-person business. By accepting these Terms, you agree to them and confirm that you have authority to act for the Customer where relevant. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional data processing.

2. Using Stoccr

Stoccr helps businesses manage shared inventory across stock and vehicle locations. We grant the Customer and its authorized members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for their internal business operations. The software, design and trademarks remain ours or our licensors'.

You need an email account, an internet connection and a supported browser or mobile device. Available features may differ between web and mobile. We maintain and update the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless separately agreed. We will give reasonable notice of a material reduction or discontinuation where practicable.

3. Accounts and teams

Provide accurate details, protect your sign-in methods and use your own account. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Stoccr is not intended for children under 16. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace data belongs to the Customer. The organization owner manages access, subscriptions and organization deletion. The Customer is responsible for authorizing members, informing them about shared activity records and removing access when appropriate. Leaving or being removed from a team does not delete its inventory or history.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Your selected plan and checkout show the price, billing period, taxes, included features, usage limits and any trial terms. Subscriptions belong to the organization. Existing offers remain subject to the purchase terms that apply to them.

Deleting an app, account or organization does not cancel a subscription. Use subscription management in Stoccr or the store where you purchased it to stop future renewals. Contact us if you need help reaching the billing provider.

5. Your data and responsibilities

The Customer retains its rights in content it provides. It grants us the rights needed to store, process and share that content to operate the Service, provide requested support and meet legal obligations. We do not acquire ownership of it, sell it or use it to train general-purpose AI models.

You must have the necessary rights and lawful basis to provide data, including other people's information. Submit only information relevant to the Service and avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Do not use Stoccr unlawfully, infringe others' rights, access accounts without authorization, bypass security or subscription limits, introduce malicious content or disrupt the Service. Reselling access, unauthorized automated access and copying or reverse engineering the software are prohibited except where applicable law permits them.

6. AI-assisted features

Stoccr may offer optional AI assistance. Suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate, so review them before applying them and verify information used for business decisions. AI assistance is not professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy. You remain responsible for the content you submit and confirm. The Privacy Policy explains how data is processed when using these features.

7. Data processing for business customers

For personal data processed in a workspace on the Customer's behalf, the Customer is the controller and Stoccr is its processor. This section forms our data processing agreement; any separately signed agreement takes precedence on the same subject.

We process data to provide the Service for the duration of the Customer's use and the applicable deletion period. This includes collecting, storing, using, sharing with authorized users and providers, and deleting data. The people concerned are members, invitees and people mentioned in permitted content. Data may include names, contact details, roles, activity and personal information in workspace content. Sensitive personal data is not intended to be submitted.

Send processing instructions or requests to hello@stoccr.com. Processing for our own account administration, billing and other purposes is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Ending access and deleting data

You can stop using Stoccr and request deletion at any time. Deleting a member's account leaves the team's inventory and shared history in place. Deleting the owner's account also deletes the organization's workspace; other members' personal accounts remain. Read the confirmation carefully and keep any records you need. See Delete Your Data for instructions.

We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, security threats or legal requirements. Where feasible, we will explain why and allow an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact us to dispute a restriction or arrange lawful retrieval of data. Privacy rights and lawful retention requirements continue to apply after access ends.

9. Responsibility and liability

We provide Stoccr with reasonable care and skill. Subject to mandatory law, the Service is otherwise provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee error-free operation or that your records match physical inventory. Verify important business information independently.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits and business interruption. Our total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 50.

These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not restrict mandatory data protection rights or compensation, consumer rights or protections that applicable law extends to certain sole traders.

10. App stores and other services

Downloads and purchases through an app store are also subject to its terms. For Apple downloads, the Standard EULA applies unless a custom license is supplied with the app. These Terms govern the Stoccr service relationship consistently with applicable store rules. External sign-in and payment services have their own terms and privacy policies; their involvement does not remove our obligations.

11. Complaints and governing law

Send complaints to hello@stoccr.com or the address in section 1, describing the issue and the resolution you seek. We will respond within 14 days, or sooner if required by law.

Polish law governs these Terms. Business disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Consumers and sole traders entitled to consumer protections retain their mandatory protections and court rights, including those of their country of residence where applicable.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or business reasons. We will notify existing Customers of material changes before they take effect and obtain agreement where required. Changes do not apply retroactively. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the Service and cancel renewal, without losing applicable termination or refund rights.

These Terms, your purchase details and any separately agreed written terms form our agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
